Autism Evaluations
$400
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a condition researchers are still learning more about. Autism can present a variety of ways and depends on the age of the person.

Autism in
Teens and Children
Autism in individuals under 18 can present a variety of ways.
- Social Isolation
- Difficulty managing emotions when upset
- Struggles with schedule changes
- Repetitive behaviors when distressed
- Sensitivity or aversion to certain sounds, textures, or smells

Evaluating a teen or child (5yo or up) involves having caregivers and other adult providers completing an array of objective assessments about the behaviors they witness.
A clinical interview will then be conducted with parents and the child/teen to go over results and ask more questions about issues.
Autism in
Adults
Symptoms of Autism can be similar to those seen in teens, but often present very differently. One reason for this is adults have had more life experiences and have attempted to hide their symptoms or develop coping strategies.
Symptoms of Autism in adults are:
- Feeling confused in social settings
- Feeling misunderstood by family and friends
- Difficulty coping with changes in schedules
- A general dislike for surprises or unplanned events
- Difficult in loud settings or environments with intense lighting

Evaluating an adult for autism involves a thorough clinical interview including structured assessments
You can include any family members, spouses, or friends in this process to provide a comprehensive picture of you.
